A: The Lunchbox comes with a One Year Warranty covering Mechanical Defects ONLY from ZT Amplifiers Lunchboxamp.com does not provide any warranty, we are a dealer and the amp is covered by the manufacturer only.
Q: If I don’t like the Lunchbox when I receive it, can I return it for a refund?
A: Unfortunately, we are not able to offer refunds, and all purchases are considered final. We urge you to listen to one in real life, if not, then in videos and audio clips available on this site and all over the internet before ordering the Lunchbox. It is an excellent product, but it isn’t easy to get a clear idea of it’s quality unless experienced in person.
Q: I noticed there is no technical support page on ztamplifiers.com, is it somewhere I missing it?
A: There should be a technical support page on the ZT Amplifiers web site, but it doesn’t seem to be functioning yet, we are working with ZT to get this going so that our customers can have more information.
Q: How likely is the Lunchbox to get damaged?
A: The Lunchbox is tough, ours have taken a lot of wear and tear with not the slightest degradation in functionality, but if you DO require a repair, ZT Amplifiers can help with this.
